We believe in the quality of the Levidora system. If you’ve used our products consistently for 30 days and aren't satisfied with the results, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@levidora.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

HYGIENE & SAFETY LIMITATIONS

Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns for any items that have been opened, unsealed, or used. This ensures the safety and hygiene of our entire community.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items from specific collections (such as limited-edition sets or clearance items) are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

MERCHANT DISCRETION & DENIAL OF RETURNS

Levidora reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined above. We may refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused by shipping. If a return is denied, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
