PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to show activity in the carrier's system.

DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES

Levidora is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, or the carrier loses your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
